Our side-opening stopcock valve is made of grade polycarbonate (PC) ,which features 6.35mm O.D. stem with hose barb connector suitable for tubing connection and silicone septum in the sample cap for syringe sampling,the valve stem and the sample cap are on the same axis paralleling to the film,so it has rapid replacement function,it's very convenient to replace the gas in the sampling bag.The seal structure and performance feature of PC side-opening stopcock valve and PC stopcock straight valve are the same.The silicone septum in the sample cap doesn't open to contact with the gas in the bag,when syringe sampling,the valve handle must point to the sample cap;when finish syringe sampling,rotate the handle 90 degrees to disconnect the gas and septum;remove the sample cap the gas is emptied.
